Catalina has an extensive experience in User Experience, currently being part of the team in charge with creating the best experiences for the world’s famous football game, FIFA.

For 2 years, she was the person behind the experience of ING Bank’s internet banking and she also coordinated innovative digital campaigns for 3 years, making ING one of the most loved Romanian brands in social media.

Catalina is also a UX trainer, mentor and advocate of design thinking approach. She leads the Women Techmakers Chapter by Google Developers Group in Romania and she is dedicated to developing and supporting the tech communities. She’s driven and curious.

Tudor is a UX trainer at www.ScoalaInformala.ro.He took part in many User Experience and Design Thinking projects during the last 10 years,- mostly telecom, banking and energy products and services. He worked for someinside a few of the most formidable companies in Romania: Orange, ING, Vodafone and E.ON. Tudor loves to work with creative innovators, so he is often helping startups and NGOs as a mentor. He wants to contribute actively to the growth and public understanding of the User Experience profession and that is why he got involved in the creation of the first professional UX association in Romania: Asociatia Romana de User Experience Design.
